By accessing or using SignForce("the Service", "signforce.co", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Shushant Saxena, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
2. Electronic Signatures & Legal Validity
SignForce provides an electronic signature and digital document management solution designed to facilitate legally-binding electronic agreements in compliance with the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and European Union Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS).
You acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether an electronic signature is valid and enforceable for your specific contracts, documents, and jurisdiction. SignForce generates completion audit trails and certificates but does not provide legal advice.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To access certain features, you must register for an account using Google authentication or email credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or malicious activities, including transmitting viruses, forging identities, or distributing illegal materials.
4. Billing & Merchant of Record (Paddle)
Our order process and payment fulfillment is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd("Paddle"). Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, tax collection, and transaction compliance.
- Subscriptions: Paid plans (Personal, Business) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected by you during checkout.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice before your next renewal cycle.
- Customer Self-Service: You can manage your payment methods, view invoices, or cancel your subscription at any time through our Paddle-hosted Customer Portal available in your Account Settings.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have full access to your paid features through the end of your current pre-paid billing cycle. For details on refunds and trial periods, please review our separate Refund Policy.
6. Document Ownership & Data Protection
You retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and title to the documents, contracts, and images you upload to SignForce. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. We store and process your documents solely to provide the signature and workflow services described, adhering strictly to our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SignForce and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
